Guadalupe Posada y Rinc\u00f3n, donde se colocar\u00e1n 141 metros de nueva tuber\u00eda de 14 pulgadas de di\u00e1metro.<\/p>\n<p>Explic\u00f3 que la obra atiende el desgaste y deterioro natural de una infraestructura que, por los a\u00f1os de servicio y uso continuo, puede presentar fracturas, filtraciones o colapsos.
