24\/7<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>En el marco del 25 Aniversario del Instituto Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n y Evaluaci\u00f3n (IMPLAN), el presidente municipal <strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong> encabez\u00f3 la presentaci\u00f3n de la modernizaci\u00f3n del Sistema Integral de Informaci\u00f3n Municipal de Planeaci\u00f3n SIIMP 2.0, plataforma digital de investigaci\u00f3n y consulta para el desarrollo urbano y ordenamiento territorial, al alcance de toda la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong> explic\u00f3 que esta herramienta est\u00e1 disponible 24\/7 y puede accesarse desde la comodidad del hogar u oficina a trav\u00e9s de un tel\u00e9fono celular, tableta electr\u00f3nica o computadora, en donde se pueden consultar los Programas de Desarrollo Urbano 2040 y 2045, adem\u00e1s de usos de suelo, vialidades, zonas de recarga y \u00e1reas naturales, entre otros.<\/p>\n<p>Recalc\u00f3 que este instrumento digital de planeaci\u00f3n urbana, simplifica procedimientos al permitir conocer la compatibilidad y la viabilidad para establecer determinados giros comerciales o empresariales e impulsa el emprendimiento, consolidando a Aguascalientes como polo de atracci\u00f3n de nuevas inversiones.<\/p>\n<p>La directora del IMPLAN, <strong>Austria Gabriela D\u00e1vila de la Llave<\/strong>, hizo una demostraci\u00f3n de la modernizaci\u00f3n del SIIMP 2.0, en donde se puede ver completo el mapa del municipio y ahora al seleccionar alguna zona espec\u00edfica se iluminan los pol\u00edgonos y la informaci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica del predio se carga instant\u00e1neamente en una tarjeta lateral.<\/p>\n<p>Se agreg\u00f3 tambi\u00e9n un m\u00f3dulo de visualizaci\u00f3n 3D y an\u00e1lisis espacial que permitir\u00e1 visualizar, en un entorno tridimensional, las pol\u00edticas de densificaci\u00f3n y construcci\u00f3n de los predios y funciona como un simulador interactivo que ayudar\u00e1 a los ciudadanos, planeadores y desarrolladores, a entender de forma f\u00e1cil y gr\u00e1fica hasta d\u00f3nde y c\u00f3mo se puede construir hacia arriba o de forma vertical en una zona espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n<p>El regidor <strong>Alejandro Serrano Almanza<\/strong>, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n Permanente de Planeaci\u00f3n Urbana, Rural y Asuntos Metropolitanos en el H. Ayuntamiento, enfatiz\u00f3 que Aguascalientes ha sido galardonado por esta herramienta que democratiza la informaci\u00f3n cartogr\u00e1fica y genera certidumbre jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n<p>Se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n en esta presentaci\u00f3n realizada en el segundo patio de Palacio Municipal del diputado local <strong>Maximiliano Ram\u00edrez Hern\u00e1ndez<\/strong>, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Planeaci\u00f3n, Desarrollo Urbano y Obras P\u00fablicas en el Congreso del Estado; <strong>Guillermo de la Torre Sifuentes<\/strong>, secretario de Planeaci\u00f3n, Participaci\u00f3n y Desarrollo de Gobierno del Estado; <strong>C\u00e9sar Enrique Peralta Plancarte<\/strong>, secretario de Obras P\u00fablicas de Gobierno del Estado; <strong>Miguel Romo Reynoso<\/strong>, coordinador general del Instituto Catastral del Estado, as\u00ed como integrantes del H.
