est\u00e1 disponible las 24 horas en ags.gob.mx\/tramites\/numerooficial\/<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Para brindar tr\u00e1mites m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidos y sencillos a la ciudadan\u00eda, el presidente municipal <strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong> impuls\u00f3 la transformaci\u00f3n digital del tr\u00e1mite para obtener el N\u00famero Oficial, que ahora puede realizarse de principio a fin por internet, desde la consulta de requisitos y el env\u00edo de documentaci\u00f3n, hasta el pago y la descarga de la constancia, sin filas, sin traslados y sin necesidad de acudir a oficinas municipales, salvo situaciones excepcionales.<\/p>\n<p>Explico que a trav\u00e9s del nuevo micrositio, desarrollado por la Coordinaci\u00f3n General de Infraestructura y Desarrollo Tecnol\u00f3gico (CIDETEC), <a href=\"https:\/\/ags.gob.mx\/tramites\/numerooficial\/\">https:\/\/ags.gob.mx\/tramites\/numerooficial\/<\/a> las y los ciudadanos pueden realizar en un mismo espacio todo el proceso para obtener su N\u00famero Oficial de manera m\u00e1s sencilla, r\u00e1pida y accesible.<\/p>\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, las personas que ya hayan obtenido anteriormente una constancia de N\u00famero Oficial podr\u00e1n solicitar su reimpresi\u00f3n y obtenerla en tan solo unos minutos, realizando el proceso completamente en l\u00ednea.<\/p>\n<p>La nueva plataforma no se limita a digitalizar el tr\u00e1mite, sino que transforma y simplifica todo el proceso, eliminando pasos innecesarios y aprovechando herramientas tecnol\u00f3gicas para brindar una atenci\u00f3n m\u00e1s \u00e1gil.<\/p>\n<p>En los tr\u00e1mites de primera vez, la documentaci\u00f3n requerida se env\u00eda directamente a trav\u00e9s de la plataforma para su revisi\u00f3n. Si durante el proceso se detecta que falta alg\u00fan documento o informaci\u00f3n, Markitos, el asistente virtual municipal, se comunica con la persona solicitante mediante WhatsApp para solicitar lo necesario, permitiendo continuar el tr\u00e1mite sin acudir a las instalaciones municipales.<\/p>\n<p>Una vez validada la informaci\u00f3n, la persona usuaria puede realizar el pago en l\u00ednea y descargar directamente su constancia de N\u00famero Oficial, completando as\u00ed todo el procedimiento desde cualquier lugar y en cualquier momento.<\/p>\n<p>Para quienes antes ya han tramitado la constancia de N\u00famero de Oficial, el proceso es todav\u00eda m\u00e1s sencillo: la plataforma permite consultar la informaci\u00f3n existente, realizar el pago correspondiente y descargar la reimpresi\u00f3n de la constancia en pocos minutos.<\/p>\n<p>El tr\u00e1mite contempla los procesos de asignaci\u00f3n, ratificaci\u00f3n y rectificaci\u00f3n, y es actualmente el de mayor demanda de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Urbano, por lo que su transformaci\u00f3n digital representa un avance importante en materia de simplificaci\u00f3n de tr\u00e1mites.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong> enfatiz\u00f3 que con esta nueva herramienta, el Gobierno Municipal avanza en el impulso de servicios digitales dise\u00f1ados a partir de las necesidades de la ciudadan\u00eda, reduciendo tiempos de atenci\u00f3n, eliminando traslados y facilitando el acceso a los servicios municipales.<\/p>\n<p>Cabe se\u00f1alar que la plataforma fue desarrollada completamente por personal del Municipio de Aguascalientes, fortaleciendo las capacidades tecnol\u00f3gicas propias y demostrando que la innovaci\u00f3n puede traducirse en servicios p\u00fablicos m\u00e1s simples, eficientes y cercanos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Informativo El Valle de Aguascalientes\u00a0#novaradioaguascalientes\u00a0#informativoelvalledeaguascalientes\u00a0#Aguascalientes\u00a0#informativoelvalledeaguascalientesll\u00a0#LaCiudadDeTuVida &nbsp;
