dirigida a estudiantes de secundaria, preparatoria y universidad para fortalecer herramientas de cuidado de la salud emocional y b\u00fasqueda de apoyo<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Durante el mes de septiembre, el Instituto Municipal de Salud Emocional de Aguascalientes (IMASAM) lleva a cabo la Jornada Acad\u00e9mica \u201cHablemos lo que sentimos\u201d, una estrategia de sensibilizaci\u00f3n y prevenci\u00f3n dirigida a estudiantes de secundaria, preparatoria y universidad, con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer herramientas para el cuidado de la salud emocional y favorecer la b\u00fasqueda oportuna de apoyo.<\/p>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de charlas y espacios de di\u00e1logo, se abordan temas relacionados con el reconocimiento y expresi\u00f3n de las emociones, factores de riesgo y de protecci\u00f3n, se\u00f1ales de alerta, redes de apoyo y estrategias para afrontar situaciones que pueden generar malestar emocional.<\/p>\n<p>La jornada busca acercar a las y los estudiantes informaci\u00f3n clara y herramientas pr\u00e1cticas que les permitan identificar cu\u00e1ndo necesitan apoyo, as\u00ed como promover una cultura de escucha, acompa\u00f1amiento y atenci\u00f3n oportuna.
