reconocido en la XVI Edici\u00f3n del Premio a las Mejoras Pr\u00e1cticas de Gobierno Locales 2026 de la revista Alcaldes de M\u00e9xico, en la categor\u00eda Salud Municipal, por la consolidaci\u00f3n del modelo de atenci\u00f3n emocional integral impulsado por el presidente municipal\u00a0<strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez,<\/strong>\u00a0a trav\u00e9s del Instituto Municipal de Salud Emocional (Imasam).<\/p>\n<p>En esta categor\u00eda fueron galardonadas las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas orientadas a fortalecer las condiciones de vida y oportunidades de las personas, mediante estrategias de educaci\u00f3n, cultura, salud emocional, inclusi\u00f3n laboral y construcci\u00f3n de comunidad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong>En representaci\u00f3n del Municipio de Aguascalientes,\u00a0<strong>Brenda Yaneli Barrientos Delgado<\/strong>, resalt\u00f3 que el Imasam, creado en 2022, es el primero a nivel Municipal enfocado a brindar atenci\u00f3n a la salud emocional en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que el programa Aprendiendo a Cuidarme ha llegado a m\u00e1s de 320 escuelas, y ha beneficiado m\u00e1s de 49 mil alumnos a nivel preescolar
