que durante todo el 2026 se mantiene vigente un 50 por ciento de descuento en el a\u00f1o fiscal del predial para grupos especiales, entre los que se encuentran adultos mayores, personas con discapacidad, pensionados y jubilados, acciones que facilitan el cumplimiento de sus obligaciones fiscales.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de Finanzas,\u00a0<strong>Miriam Rodr\u00edguez Tiscare\u00f1o<\/strong>, destac\u00f3 que estas medidas buscan brindar mayores facilidades a quienes m\u00e1s lo necesitan y, al mismo tiempo, promover que la ciudadan\u00eda pueda regularizar su situaci\u00f3n fiscal.<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder a este beneficio, es necesario que la identificaci\u00f3n oficial (INE) coincida con la direcci\u00f3n registrada en la cuenta predial correspondiente, entre otros requisitos.<\/p>\n<p>Los pagos y tr\u00e1mites pueden realizarse en el Centro de Atenci\u00f3n Municipal (CAM), ubicado en L\u00f3pez Mateos 214, zona centro.
