el 2026 se han realizado dos mil 795 esterilizaciones caninas y felinas en fomento de la tenencia responsable de mascotas<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como parte del compromiso con el cuidado de las mascotas el presidente municipal de Aguascalientes,\u00a0<strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong>, impulsa campa\u00f1as de esterilizaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de las cuales fomenta la tenencia responsable de animales de compa\u00f1\u00eda y la empat\u00eda con la salud de perros y gatos.<\/p>\n<p>Tan solo durante 2026 se han realizado dos mil 795 esterilizaciones caninas y felinas gratuitas y a bajo costo a trav\u00e9s del Departamento de Salud y Bienestar Animal, el Hospital Veterinario Municipal y el Quir\u00f3fano Veterinario M\u00f3vil.<\/p>\n<p>En el Departamento de Salud y Bienestar Animal, este 2026 se han realizado 680 esterilizaciones a bajo costo, una opci\u00f3n para los ciudadanos que viven al norte de la ciudad. Se ubica en avenida Alcaldes s\/n en el fraccionamiento Luis Ortega Douglas, con horario de atenci\u00f3n para este servicio de 8:00 a 15:00 horas de lunes a viernes, y para solicitar mayores informes est\u00e1 disponible el n\u00famero 449 972 44 12.<\/p>\n<p>Leo Monta\u00f1ez explico que el Quir\u00f3fano Veterinario M\u00f3vil ha realizado este a\u00f1o 593 servicios de esterilizaci\u00f3n, el procedimiento es gratuito y se acerca a las colonias y comunidades donde es m\u00e1s dificil acceder a este servicio, adem\u00e1s ofrecen servicios de desparasitaci\u00f3n, vacunaci\u00f3n antirr\u00e1bica y orientaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica veterinaria.<\/p>\n<p>Por su parte, el Hospital Veterinario Municipal ha realizado en 2026 un total de mil 522 intervenciones, se ubica al sur de la ciudad en Jos\u00e9 Mar\u00eda Ch\u00e1vez s\/n Prados de Villa Asunci\u00f3n, atiende de lunes a viernes de 9:00 a 17:00 horas y s\u00e1bados de 9:00 a 14:00 horas. En este espacio, bajo valoraci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica se pueden esterilizar razas braquic\u00e9falas.
