parte del proceso permanente de profesionalizaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento, el Instituto Superior en Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal inici\u00f3 la evaluaci\u00f3n de Competencias B\u00e1sicas de la Funci\u00f3n Policial, en la que participar\u00e1n 402 elementos de la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Este proceso de evaluaci\u00f3n se realiza cada tres a\u00f1os, con el objetivo de verificar que las y los polic\u00edas cuenten con los conocimientos y habilidades necesarias para desempe\u00f1ar sus funciones conforme a los est\u00e1ndares establecidos para la labor policial.<\/p>\n<p>Durante las evaluaciones, el personal operativo ser\u00e1 valorado en siete competencias fundamentales, que incluyen conocimientos te\u00f3ricos y habilidades pr\u00e1cticas indispensables para brindar un servicio profesional a la ciudadan\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>En la parte te\u00f3rica, los elementos son evaluados en temas relacionados con la actuaci\u00f3n como primer respondiente, as\u00ed como en el uso adecuado de radiocomunicaci\u00f3n, herramientas esenciales para una intervenci\u00f3n policial eficaz.<\/p>\n<p>Por otra parte, las pruebas pr\u00e1cticas contemplan la evaluaci\u00f3n de acondicionamiento f\u00edsico, manejo del bast\u00f3n policial, conducci\u00f3n de veh\u00edculos oficiales, armamento y tiro.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones, la Secretar\u00eda de Seguridad P\u00fablica Municipal refrenda su compromiso con la capacitaci\u00f3n continua, para una polic\u00eda cada vez m\u00e1s preparada, en donde sus integrantes mantengan las
