convivencia social<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de los esfuerzos conjuntos a favor del desarrollo social, el presidente municipal\u00a0<strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong>\u00a0y la titular de la Secretar\u00eda de la Familia del Gobierno del Estado de Aguascalientes,\u00a0<strong>Norma Guel Sald\u00edvar,\u00a0<\/strong>firmaron un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para canalizar a adolescentes y adultos infractores a orientaci\u00f3n y actividades que mejoren su convivencia y productividad.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong>\u00a0reafirm\u00f3 que a trav\u00e9s de los Juzgados C\u00edvicos Especializados en Personas Adolescentes, se trabaja incansablemente a favor del desarrollo integral de este importante sector social. Dijo que se ha reducido el n\u00famero de adolescentes que se llevan a resguardo, se han registrado casos de \u00e9xito de adolescentes que han logrado retomar o terminar sus estudios de secundaria y otros que se han alejado de sustancias nocivas y conductas antisociales.<\/p>\n<p>La secretaria de la Familia,\u00a0<strong>Norma Guel,\u00a0<\/strong>reiter\u00f3 el compromiso de trabajar en coordinaci\u00f3n con el Municipio de Aguascalientes y enfatiz\u00f3 que mediante este convenio se brindar\u00e1n cursos y talleres para adolescentes y padres de familia, se canalizar\u00e1 a las y los usuarios al Centro de Orientaci\u00f3n Familiar y se reforzar\u00e1 la capacitaci\u00f3n al personal, para brindar mejores servicios.<\/p>\n<p>El secretario del Ayuntamiento y director general de Gobierno,\u00a0<strong>Luis Enrique Garc\u00eda L\u00f3pez<\/strong>, mencion\u00f3 que esta estrategia va enfocada a orientar a los adolescentes mediante valores, como el respeto, la solidaridad y el trabajo en equipo, a trav\u00e9s de ayuda profesional enfocada al deporte, aprendizaje de oficios, salud emocional, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>Se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n en esta firma de convenio efectuada en el sal\u00f3n Presidentes de Palacio Municipal, de la s\u00edndica procuradora del H.
