Ayuntamiento de Aguascalientes aprob\u00f3 dar por terminado, de forma anticipada, el contrato de la Asociaci\u00f3n P\u00fablico Privada (APP) para el proyecto denominado Modernizaci\u00f3n del Sistema de Alumbrado P\u00fablico del Municipio de Aguascalientes, celebrado con MD Iluminaci\u00f3n Nacional S.A. de C.V.<\/p>\n<p>El objetivo primordial es otorgar a las familias de Aguascalientes un servicio eficiente y de calidad que brinde una mejor iluminaci\u00f3n y visibilidad por las noches en avenidas principales, as\u00ed como en colonias y fraccionamientos.<\/p>\n<p>Al ya no requerirse los servicios originalmente contratados, en cumplimiento a los principios constitucionales de eficiencia, eficacia y econom\u00eda, as\u00ed como con el prop\u00f3sito de cumplir las metas derivadas del programa 3.2.1 del Plan de Desarrollo Municipal 2024-2027, con la terminaci\u00f3n del contrato ser\u00e1 posible reorientar el gasto hacia el fortalecimiento directo del servicio de alumbrado p\u00fablico a cargo del Municipio.<\/p>\n<p>El Municipio de Aguascalientes dar\u00e1 por terminado el contrato debido a que la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos cuenta con mayores capacidades que las que ten\u00eda al momento de celebrar el contrato.
