Medina, para reformar en materia de transparencia diversas leyes estatales.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Al desarrollarse la cuarta sesi\u00f3n ordinaria de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente de la 66 Legislatura del Congreso de Aguascalientes, la presidenta de este \u00f3rgano parlamentario, diputada Alma Hilda Medina Mac\u00edas, solicit\u00f3 el uso de la voz en el apartado de asuntos generales, para fijar un posicionamiento en torno a la reciente detenci\u00f3n del ex gobernador de Baja California, Ernesto Ruffo Appel.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, la legisladora del PAN advirti\u00f3 que este caso en particular debe ser una alerta para el sistema pol\u00edtico de M\u00e9xico, pues se aplic\u00f3 una justicia selectiva y \u201cde color\u201d, con la intenci\u00f3n de desviar la atenci\u00f3n de las graves acusaciones por parte de la Corte de Estados Unidos hacia pol\u00edticos mexicanos en funciones, por sus presuntos nexos con el crimen organizado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Alma Hilda Medina reconoci\u00f3 que no est\u00e1 a discusi\u00f3n la inocencia o culpabilidad del ex gobernador panista, pues eso lo tendr\u00e1 que determinar un Juez, pero que \u201cen menos de 72 horas, la autoridad federal lo haya trasladado al Centro Penitenciario del Altiplano, genera dudas de que el proceso penal no se hizo conforme a Derecho\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cuestion\u00f3 que la Fiscal\u00eda General de la Rep\u00fablica, en vez de investigar las filtraciones de llamadas telef\u00f3nicas en las que se escucha a la gobernadora de Baja California, Marina del Pilar y un representante de la autoridad de Estados Unidos, pactar un esquema de colaboraci\u00f3n de intercambio de informaci\u00f3n con USA, a cambio de que no se afecte la situaci\u00f3n jur\u00eddica de la mandataria estatal; \u201cpues ella es quien deber\u00eda estar en problemas legales, porque la primer se\u00f1al de que ya est\u00e1 se\u00f1alada, fue la cancelaci\u00f3n de su Visa\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La representante popular de Acci\u00f3n Nacional reiter\u00f3 que espera una verdadera colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Gobierno de Donald Trump y el de M\u00e9xico, para que se aplique la justicia en contra gobernadores y pol\u00edticos que tienen nexos con el crimen organizado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, en el apartado de asuntos en cartera, se le dio entrada a un paquete de iniciativas, que propuso la diputada del GPPAN Mirna Medina, encaminadas a reformar en materia de transparencia diversas leyes
