instalaci\u00f3n de la Diputaci\u00f3n Permanente que preside la diputada Alma Hilda Medina Mac\u00edas, en el apartado de asuntos generales, la legisladora Nancy Guti\u00e9rrez Ruvalcaba, hizo uso de la voz para expresar un mensaje de solidaridad y apoyo hacia las y los damnificados venezolanos que sufrieron un terremoto, hace apenas unos d\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Durante su participaci\u00f3n, en el apartado de asuntos generales, la legisladora Guti\u00e9rrez Ruvalcaba solicit\u00f3 a las personas presentes en el Sal\u00f3n Aquiles Elourduy Garc\u00eda, ponerse de pie para proceder con un minuto de silencio en memoria de quienes perdieron la vida en el sismo.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, Nancy Guti\u00e9rrez dijo que el pueblo venezolano enfrenta una dif\u00edcil situaci\u00f3n, no obstante, expres\u00f3 su confianza de que se levantar\u00e1n de este duro momento.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Por otro lado, el diputado Omar Vald\u00e9s, propuso una iniciativa que busca reformar la legislaci\u00f3n en materia de derechos humanos, con el prop\u00f3sito de mejorar los mecanismos para convocar a la designaci\u00f3n del Ombudsperson, el m\u00e9todo de sus comparecencias, as\u00ed como el esquema de protecci\u00f3n a periodistas, entre otros puntos.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto legislativo se turn\u00f3 a las Comisiones respectivas para
