temporada de lluvias, el presidente municipal\u00a0<strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong>, lleva a cabo acciones permanentes de mantenimiento en diferentes arroyos en la ciudad capital, mismas que se realizan para que el agua de las intensas precipitaciones pluviales fluya de manera correcta por estos cauces naturales y evitar inundaciones.<\/p>\n<p>Personalmente,\u00a0<strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez\u00a0<\/strong>supervis\u00f3 la madrugada de este lunes las labores efectuadas en el arroyo El Molino, en la avenida Independencia al norte de la ciudad capital, en donde trabajadores de la Secretar\u00eda de Obras P\u00fablicas (SOPMA) realizaron con apoyo de una m\u00e1quina retroexcavadora, tareas de despeje y ampliaci\u00f3n del cauce para prevenir desbordamientos.<\/p>\n<p>En este punto supervis\u00f3, adem\u00e1s, los trabajos de reparaci\u00f3n de la avenida Independencia, los cuales consistieron en el retiro de arrastres principalmente y que permitir\u00e1n un tr\u00e1nsito m\u00e1s seguro para automovilistas y peatones.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el presidente municipal da continuidad a labores de limpieza, encauzamiento y despeje de arroyos como el de La Hacienda desde la parte oriente de la ciudad en Villas de Nuestra Se\u00f1ora de la Asunci\u00f3n y hacia la colonia Constituci\u00f3n, adem\u00e1s de otros cauces como El Cedazo, Don Pascual y el arroyo San Francisco en la zona sur a la altura de la colonia Vicente Guerrero.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se trabaja de manera permanente en el arroyo de Los Arellano y hacia el canal en la avenida Gabriela Mistral en la colonia Estrella.<\/p>\n<p>La Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos del Municipio de Aguascalientes interviene los arroyos con apoyo de una m\u00e1quina especial que consta de un brazo de m\u00e1s de 30 metros de largo con la que se ampl\u00edan los cauces, se refuerzan taludes y se retiran grandes cantidades de tierra, as\u00ed como ramas, troncos, maleza y desechos como muebles,
