materia de armonizaci\u00f3n constitucional, no reelecci\u00f3n, nepotismo electoral, austeridad y fortalecimiento municipal presentada por el Congreso del Estado<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer la autonom\u00eda municipal, mejorar la funcionalidad institucional y consolidar un modelo de gobierno m\u00e1s eficiente, democr\u00e1tico y acorde a las necesidades actuales del Estado, los integrantes del Cabildo de Aguascalientes aprobaron por mayor\u00eda la minuta constitucional por la cual se reforman y adicionan diversas disposiciones de la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica del Estado de Aguascalientes acorde a las reformas recientes a la Constituci\u00f3n Pol\u00edtica de los Estados Unidos Mexicanos en materia de no reelecci\u00f3n, nepotismo electoral, fortalecimiento municipal, disciplina presupuestaria y uso eficiente de los recursos p\u00fablicos,\u00a0turnada por el Congreso del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Durante la sesi\u00f3n extraordinaria correspondiente al mes de junio, los integrantes del H. Ayuntamiento aprobaron por mayor\u00eda la iniciativa que busca modernizar el r\u00e9gimen municipal y la integraci\u00f3n de los ayuntamientos, reformando la estructura a un s\u00edndico y hasta 15 regidur\u00edas por municipio, y en el caso del ayuntamiento de Aguascalientes, el incremento de una regidur\u00eda de mayor\u00eda relativa; adecuando esto a los lineamientos constitucionales federales, mediante la redefinici\u00f3n de su estructura, la incorporaci\u00f3n de criterios de paridad e igualdad sustantiva, as\u00ed como la inclusi\u00f3n de restricciones en materia de reelecci\u00f3n y nepotismo.<\/p>\n<p>Con estas acciones se busca incorporar en el \u00e1mbito local reglas claras en materia pol\u00edtico electoral, tales como la prohibici\u00f3n de reelecci\u00f3n inmediata y la restricci\u00f3n de candidaturas cuando existan v\u00ednculos de parentesco o relaciones personales que configuren supuestos de nepotismo electoral.
