premi\u00f3 a las dependencias municipales con mejores estrategias en aprovechamiento de recursos naturales y energ\u00e9ticos<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El presidente municipal de Aguascalientes,\u00a0<strong>Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong>\u00a0encabez\u00f3 la entrega de reconocimientos del Programa Municipal de Administraci\u00f3n Sustentable (PROMAS) 2025, iniciativa que promueve la implementaci\u00f3n de acciones ambientales innovadoras y responsables en las dependencias municipales.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Aldo Axel Rodr\u00edguez Ben\u00edtez,\u00a0<\/strong>titular de la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable (Semadesu), dijo que con estas acciones, el Municipio reafirma su compromiso con la sustentabilidad, la innovaci\u00f3n ambiental y la participaci\u00f3n ciudadana, impulsando proyectos que contribuyen al cuidado de los recursos naturales y al bienestar de la poblaci\u00f3n\u00a0para hacer de Aguascalientes una ciudad m\u00e1s verde y sustentable.<\/p>\n<p>Durante el evento se reconoci\u00f3 a las \u00e1reas que destacaron por el desarrollo de proyectos con impacto positivo en materia de sustentabilidad, como compras verdes, eficiencia energ\u00e9tica, cuidado del agua y residuos s\u00f3lidos.<\/p>\n<p>El primer lugar fue otorgado al Instituto Municipal de la Mujer (IMMA) por su programa de Huertos Comunitarios, mediante el cual se impartieron 35 talleres que beneficiaron a m\u00e1s de 200 personas adultas mayores. Como resultado de estas acciones, se logr\u00f3 la producci\u00f3n de 150 kilogramos de hortalizas destinadas a personas de bajos recursos. Adem\u00e1s, el proyecto incorpora diversas ecotecnolog\u00edas, entre las que destaca la estufa ecol\u00f3gica tipo \u201cLorena\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>El segundo lugar correspondi\u00f3 a la Secretar\u00eda de Servicios P\u00fablicos, dependencia que implement\u00f3 un sistema de techo cuenca, gracias al cual se han recuperado cerca de 55 mil litros de agua de lluvia destinados al abastecimiento de sanitarios y \u00e1reas verdes. Asimismo, desarroll\u00f3 un humedal artificial con capacidad para recuperar aproximadamente 11 mil litros de agua al mes.<\/p>\n<p>El tercer lugar fue para el Secretariado de Enlace Ciudadano, cuyo proyecto contempla los programas \u201cDona un Libro\u201d y \u201cUn Cuaderno para tu Cuaderno\u201d.
