trav\u00e9s de la Direcci\u00f3n de Movilidad, informa sobre los requisitos para obtener permisos especiales de circulaci\u00f3n para veh\u00edculos de transporte pesado.<\/p>\n<p>Dichos permisos son necesarios para transitar fuera de los horarios autorizados para el acceso a la ciudad:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u2060 \u206009:00 a.m. a 01:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>\u2060 \u206003:00 p.m. a 05:00 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>\u2060 \u206010:00 p.m. a 06:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Direcci\u00f3n de Movilidad informa que el tr\u00e1mite es completamente gratuito.
