verdes y espacios educativos en beneficio de miles de familias de Aguascalientes.<\/p>\n<p>En esta ocasi\u00f3n se firmaron, entre otras, escrituras para concretar a trav\u00e9s de donaciones puras, \u00e1reas verdes y equipamiento urbano en fraccionamientos como Zitara en la zona poniente y Vista de las Cumbres al oriente de la ciudad.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, con estas acciones se llevar\u00e1 a cabo un protocolo de subdivisi\u00f3n en el fraccionamiento Ojocaliente I y proceder posteriormente a la donaci\u00f3n condicionada a favor del Instituto de Educaci\u00f3n del Estado de Aguascalientes (IEA) para la regularizaci\u00f3n del Jard\u00edn de Ni\u00f1os Joaqu\u00edn Baranda y a favor del Instituto Nacional de Estad\u00edstica y Geograf\u00eda (INEGI) para la regularizaci\u00f3n del Centro Asistencial INEGI.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0Leo Monta\u00f1ez<\/strong>\u00a0reafirm\u00f3 el compromiso de trabajar en conjunto con los fedatarios para dar certeza legal y transparencia en procesos de urbanizaci\u00f3n y para hacer prevalecer el crecimiento ordenado.<\/p>\n<p>Se cont\u00f3 con la participaci\u00f3n en esta firma de escrituras realizada en el sal\u00f3n Presidentes de
