supervisa la implementaci\u00f3n de medidas orientadas a la reducci\u00f3n de residuos y al uso de materiales permitidos<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Como parte de las acciones operativas implementadas durante el periodo de feria, la Secretar\u00eda de Medio Ambiente y Desarrollo Sustentable del Municipio de Aguascalientes lleva a cabo recorridos de verificaci\u00f3n en establecimientos instalados sobre el andador Expo Plaza, zonas de la Megavelaria, el Rinc\u00f3n Artesano, un segmento de la calle Laureles, parte de las Expo Agroalimentaria y Hecho en Aguascalientes.<\/p>\n<p>En el desarrollo de dichas diligencias, personal adscrito a la Secretar\u00eda verifica que los comerciantes cuenten con la constancia de cumplimiento en materia de \u201cNo Pl\u00e1sticos y Medio Ambiente\u201d; asimismo, se supervisa la correcta implementaci\u00f3n de medidas orientadas a la reducci\u00f3n de residuos y al uso de materiales permitidos.<\/p>\n<p>Como resultado de las visitas efectuadas, se inspeccion\u00f3 un total de 141 establecimientos, entre fijos, semifijos y ambulantes.<\/p>\n<p>Se hace del conocimiento de las personas responsables las obligaciones establecidas en la normatividad aplicable, proporcion\u00e1ndoles las indicaciones necesarias para la regularizaci\u00f3n de su situaci\u00f3n.
