trabajos de la Sexta Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria de la LXVI Legislatura del Congreso de Aguascalientes, encabezada por el presidente de la Mesa Directiva, diputado Rodrigo Cervantes Medina, las y los legisladores aprobaron por unanimidad la reforma al art\u00edculo 124 de la Ley de Movilidad y Seguridad Vial del Estado, con el prop\u00f3sito de garantizar el derecho a la movilidad de las mujeres embarazadas mediante el establecimiento de tarifas preferenciales en el transporte p\u00fablico.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La modificaci\u00f3n, que impulsaron las y los diputados Humberto Montero, Nancy Guti\u00e9rrez, Jedsabel S\u00e1nchez, Ad\u00e1n Valdivia, Arlette Mu\u00f1oz, Maximiliano Ram\u00edrez, Amisadai Castorena y Heriberto Gallegos, integrantes de los Grupos Parlamentarios del Partido Acci\u00f3n Nacional y Fuerza por Aguascalientes, adhiri\u00e9ndose la diputada Genny L\u00f3pez, establece un descuento del 50 por ciento en la tarifa del transporte p\u00fablico colectivo urbano y for\u00e1neo para mujeres embarazadas.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Para acceder a este beneficio, las usuarias deber\u00e1n acreditar su condici\u00f3n mediante constancia expedida por instituciones p\u00fablicas del sector salud, en la que se especifique el periodo de gestaci\u00f3n correspondiente.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En la modalidad de transporte p\u00fablico en taxis, los concesionarios participar\u00e1n en programas de servicio gratuito hasta por una ocasi\u00f3n al mes por concesi\u00f3n, dirigidos a personas adultas mayores, personas con discapacidad, mujeres embarazadas, as\u00ed como mujeres y j\u00f3venes en situaci\u00f3n de riesgo, mediante los convenios que para tal efecto se suscriban conforme a los lineamientos que emita el Sistema Estatal para el Desarrollo Integral de la Familia (DIF).<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con esta medida, el Congreso del Estado busca reducir las barreras econ\u00f3micas que enfrentan las mujeres durante el embarazo, facilitando su acceso oportuno a servicios de salud, trabajo y actividades cotidianas, adem\u00e1s de contribuir a una movilidad m\u00e1s incluyente y con perspectiva de g\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cabe resaltar que la diputada Jetsabel S\u00e1nchez hizo uso de la tribuna para proponer una modificaci\u00f3n, la cual fue aprobada por la unanimidad del Pleno, para que este beneficio entre en vigor al d\u00eda siguiente de su publicaci\u00f3n en el Peri\u00f3dico Oficial del Estado, sin tener que esperar hasta el ejercicio fiscal del siguiente
