j\u00f3venes.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Con 24 votos a favor fue aprobado el dictamen impulsado por la diputada <strong>Arlette Mu\u00f1oz<\/strong>, el cual establece un marco normativo para que la inclusi\u00f3n laboral se convierta en el eje rector del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del Estado.<\/p>\n<p>Como promovente de una propuesta que responde a una realidad que no podemos seguir ignorando: <strong>la exclusi\u00f3n laboral de sectores que, aun teniendo capacidades, enfrentan barreras estructurales para acceder a un empleo digno<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>En este sentido, refrendo el compromiso de impulsar una agenda que cierre brechas, genere oportunidades y dignifique el acceso al empleo para quienes hist\u00f3ricamente han enfrentado mayores obst\u00e1culos, particularmente las madres solteras, las personas con discapacidad, las personas adultas mayores y las y los j\u00f3venes.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Este dictamen tiene un prop\u00f3sito claro: <strong>incorporar en nuestra legislaci\u00f3n un marco normativo que coloque la inclusi\u00f3n laboral como eje rector del desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del Estado<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este dictamen construye herramientas tangibles para transformar el entorno laboral en el Estado, tales como:<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Programas de capacitaci\u00f3n<\/strong> especializada.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Incentivos para la contrataci\u00f3n<\/strong> de grupos vulnerables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Esquemas de conciliaci\u00f3n<\/strong> laboral y familiar.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accesibilidad<\/strong> total en los centros de trabajo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinculaci\u00f3n estrat\u00e9gica<\/strong> entre el sector p\u00fablico y el privado.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No basta con generar empleo; es necesario garantizar que ese empleo sea accesible para todas y todos, sin discriminaci\u00f3n y en condiciones de dignidad.
