verifican puestos de venta de productos del mar en distintas zonas de la ciudad y comunidades de la ciudad capital<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Municipio de Aguascalientes, a trav\u00e9s de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General de Salud intensifica en Semana Santa los trabajos de verificaci\u00f3n de los distintos puntos de venta de productos del mar, en donde se\u00a0 han inspeccionado en diversas ocasiones 88 puestos en mercados p\u00fablicos, tianguis y puestos semifijos e instalados en calles de la ciudad y en las comunidades rurales, as\u00ed lo dio a conocer\u00a0<strong>Mar\u00eda Teresa Rend\u00f3n Esquivel<\/strong>, titular de la Coordinaci\u00f3n General de Salud.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rend\u00f3n Esquivel\u00a0<\/strong>detall\u00f3 que hasta el momento no se han detectado anomal\u00edas como productos en mal estado y la higiene en los negocios ha sido la adecuada.<\/p>\n<p>Los verificadores revisan que los productos tengan buen color y olor, que se encuentren refrigerados o colocados en hielo a una temperatura menor a los -4\u00ba C., los ojos deben estar brillosos y saltones, las agallas deben estar rojizas y h\u00famedas, la carne debe estar firme y con olor a mar; los camarones deben ser traslucidos y brillantes, las almejas deben estar cerradas y no deben tener olor desagradable.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mar\u00eda Teresa Rend\u00f3n<\/strong>, coordinadora general de Salud dijo que para este operativo se despleg\u00f3 un equipo de 22 personas, las cuales realizan las visitas a estos puntos durante toda la \u00e9poca de cuaresma, adicionalmente inspeccionan otros giros, adem\u00e1s de los alimentos para salvaguardar la salud de la poblaci\u00f3n y evitar riesgos.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, puso a disposici\u00f3n de la poblaci\u00f3n los tel\u00e9fonos 449 918 30 69, 449 915 84 62 y la l\u00ednea de atenci\u00f3n ciudadana 072 para reportar los establecimientos que no cumplan con las normas de
