l\u00edmite hasta el 1 de abril de 2026 para inscribirse<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El Municipio de Aguascalientes, a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social (SEDESOM), convoca a las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os que est\u00e9n estudiando cuarto, quinto y sexto de primaria a participar en el programa \u201cCabildo Infantil y Juvenil\u201d, en el que podr\u00e1n desempe\u00f1arse como presidente municipal, s\u00edndicos, regidores y secretarios del gabinete municipal.<\/p>\n<p>Esta iniciativa tiene como objetivo fomentar en la ni\u00f1ez los principios y valores de la democracia, el respeto a los derechos humanos, as\u00ed como fortalecer su desarrollo integral y su identidad nacional mediante la participaci\u00f3n activa.<\/p>\n<p>Cada instituci\u00f3n educativa podr\u00e1 seleccionar a dos alumnas o alumnos que la representen, quienes deber\u00e1n cumplir con las siguientes caracter\u00edsticas: habilidades de oratoria, buena dicci\u00f3n, volumen de voz adecuado, seguridad, capacidad de expresi\u00f3n y liderazgo.<\/p>\n<p>Las y los participantes deber\u00e1n elegir un tema de inter\u00e9s social, entre los que destacan: ciberacoso, adicciones y sus riesgos, cambio clim\u00e1tico, inteligencia artificial, ciencias y tecnolog\u00eda, derecho de las ni\u00f1as y ni\u00f1os a la salud, y bullying.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, deber\u00e1n elaborar una ponencia que incluya: tema, problem\u00e1tica, justificaci\u00f3n, desarrollo, propuesta de soluci\u00f3n y conclusiones, con una extensi\u00f3n de dos a cinco cuartillas, en formato Arial 12 e interlineado sencillo.<\/p>\n<p>El proceso de selecci\u00f3n estar\u00e1 a cargo de la Direcci\u00f3n de Educaci\u00f3n de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social, instancia que verificar\u00e1 el cumplimiento de los requisitos establecidos por parte de las instituciones educativas.<\/p>\n<p>Las y los alumnos seleccionados deber\u00e1n presentarse en el Sal\u00f3n Cabildo del Palacio Municipal, ubicado en Plaza Patria s\/n, Zona Centro, en las siguientes fechas:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Convenci\u00f3n: 07 de abril, 09:00 horas<\/li>\n<li>Ensayo: 08 de abril, 09:00 horas<\/li>\n<li>Sesi\u00f3n Solemne de Cabildo: 09 de abril, 10:00 horas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>El registro estar\u00e1 abierto hasta el 1 de abril de 2026, en las oficinas de la Secretar\u00eda de Desarrollo Social, ubicadas en calle 5 de Mayo #122, Zona Centro, en un horario de atenci\u00f3n de 8:30 a 15:00 horas, de lunes a viernes.
