Secretar\u00edas Ejecutivas de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Estado<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En el marco de la Primera Sesi\u00f3n Ordinaria 2026 de la Comisi\u00f3n de Secretar\u00edas Ejecutivas de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Estado de Aguascalientes y sus Municipios (Comse), las personas encargadas de la operaci\u00f3n de los Sistemas Municipales de Protecci\u00f3n acordaron instalar en sus municipios la Comisi\u00f3n de la Primera Infancia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Durante el encuentro, la secretaria ejecutiva del Sistema de Protecci\u00f3n Integral de los Derechos de Ni\u00f1as, Ni\u00f1os y Adolescentes del Estado (Sipinna), Blanca Rivera Rio Flores, explic\u00f3 que la citada comisi\u00f3n tiene el objetivo de contribuir a la implementaci\u00f3n de un sistema de protecci\u00f3n con enfoque de derechos, destinado a igualar las oportunidades de desarrollo de las ni\u00f1as y los ni\u00f1os de los municipios del estado, desde su gestaci\u00f3n y hasta que concluye el primer ciclo de ense\u00f1anza b\u00e1sica.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En ese sentido, Rivera Rio Flores destac\u00f3 que para la gobernadora Tere Jim\u00e9nez es trascendental el trabajo que se realice para beneficiar a este sector de la poblaci\u00f3n, que va de los 0-6 a\u00f1os y comprende varias etapas: lactancia (0-2 a\u00f1os), preescolar temprano (3-4 a\u00f1os) y preescolar tard\u00edo (5-6 a\u00f1os), por lo que ahora que los Municipios instalen la comisi\u00f3n podr\u00e1n alinear la labor que realizan mediante las diferentes dependencias y obtener mejores resultados, adem\u00e1s que Aguascalientes estar\u00e1 formando parte de la Estrategia Nacional de Atenci\u00f3n a la Primera Infancia (ENAPI).<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por otro lado, la secretaria ejecutiva del Sipinna estatal exhort\u00f3 a las y los secretarios ejecutivos de los Sipinna municipales a seguir trabajando de la mano en la difusi\u00f3n y protecci\u00f3n de los derechos de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes, adem\u00e1s de hacer \u00e9nfasis en que a lo largo del a\u00f1o se estar\u00e1n realizando diversas actividades enfocadas en promover la participaci\u00f3n de estos sectores de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En la sesi\u00f3n estuvieron presentes las y los secretarios ejecutivos de los Sipinna municipales de Aguascalientes, Karla Mercado; Asientos, Karina Cruz; Calvillo, Bertha Alicia Serna; Cos\u00edo, M\u00f3nica Mart\u00ednez; El Llano, Sulheibi D\u00edaz; Pabell\u00f3n de Arteaga, Diego Aaron Ram\u00edrez; San Francisco de los Romo, Claudia Covarrubias; San Jos\u00e9 de
