Este tipo de alianzas permiten posicionar al municipio ante nuevos p\u00fablicos, promover su identidad y tradiciones, as\u00ed como generar oportunidades para el desarrollo econ\u00f3mico, consolidando a Aguascalientes como un destino con una oferta cultural s\u00f3lida y con proyecci\u00f3n nacional.<\/p>\n<p>El Carnaval dar\u00e1 inicio el mi\u00e9rcoles 12 de febrero, a las 18:30 horas con el tradicional desfile conocido como \u201cEl Entierro del Mal Humor\u201d, una de las actividades m\u00e1s esperadas del evento, mientras que el domingo 15 de febrero se realizar\u00e1 el tradicional Desfile de Carnaval, caracterizado por su colorido, ambiente festivo y participaci\u00f3n de comparsas.<\/p>\n<p>A lo largo de estos d\u00edas, el Carnaval de Chapala ofrece cabalgatas, funciones de circo, desfiles, actividades familiares y diversas sorpresas para el disfrute de las y los asistentes.<\/p>\n<p>Como municipio invitado de honor, Aguascalientes tendr\u00e1 una presencia destacada en el Carnaval de Chapala, a trav\u00e9s de la representaci\u00f3n viva de Jos\u00e9 Guadalupe Posada, uno de los artistas mexicanos m\u00e1s influyentes y referente internacional del arte gr\u00e1fico.
