Urrutia, presidi\u00f3 la ceremonia de inauguraci\u00f3n del Instituto del Migrante de Calvillo, cuya creaci\u00f3n, recientemente aprobada por el Cabildo, tiene por objetivo brindar atenci\u00f3n integral a los calvillenses que radican en el extranjero, en todos sus tr\u00e1mites legales migratorios.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En su mensaje, Romo Urrutia refrend\u00f3 el compromiso de su administraci\u00f3n para continuar realizando acciones que fortalezcan los v\u00ednculos de Calvillo con la comunidad migrante, reconociendo su transcendencia social y aportaci\u00f3n al desarrollo econ\u00f3mico del municipio.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Agreg\u00f3 que este instituto busca fomentar los reencuentros familiares y reforzar el acercamiento del gobierno de Calvillo con autoridades consulares de Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1 y de otros pa\u00edses donde residan calvillenses, adem\u00e1s de brindar apoyo en solicitudes de visas humanitarias o de emergencia, repatriaciones, doble nacionalidad, y en general, cualquier tr\u00e1mite legal en materia migratoria.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Como directora de este instituto, fue nombrada Leticia Velasco Vall\u00edn, quien cuenta con una amplia experiencia en temas y asuntos migratorios desde la asociaci\u00f3n civil \u201cPalomas Mensajeras\u201d, contribuyendo a que cientos de familias se reunieran luego de muchos a\u00f1os de estar separadas por temas legales y migratorios, adem\u00e1s de
