{"id":12166,"date":"2020-10-02T21:01:10","date_gmt":"2020-10-03T03:01:10","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/informativoelvalledeaguascalientes.online\/?p=12166"},"modified":"2020-10-02T21:01:10","modified_gmt":"2020-10-03T03:01:10","slug":"gobierno-del-estado-notarios-y-jesus-maria-apoyaran-a-familias-vulnerables-de-ese-municipio","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/informativoelvalledeaguascalientes.online\/?p=12166","title":{"rendered":"GOBIERNO DEL ESTADO, NOTARIOS Y JES\u00daS MAR\u00cdA APOYAR\u00c1N A FAMILIAS VULNERABLES DE ESE MUNICIPIO"},"content":{"rendered":"<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Firman convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n para dar facilidades y ofrecer descuentos en el registro de propiedad pendiente de subdivisi\u00f3n<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong><em>Al realizar este tr\u00e1mite, las familias obtiene certeza jur\u00eddica sobre sus bienes inmuebles<\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El Gobierno del Estado de Aguascalientes promovi\u00f3 un convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n entre el Ayuntamiento de Jes\u00fas Mar\u00eda y el Colegio de Notarios, a fin de apoyar a las familias vulnerables de dicho municipio en su econom\u00eda, al otorgarles facilidades y descuentos en el tr\u00e1mite para el registro de propiedad pendiente de subdivisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed lo expres\u00f3 el secretario General de Gobierno, Juan Manuel Flores Femat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Al firmar el convenio como testigo de honor, Flores Femat agradeci\u00f3 la disposici\u00f3n y buena voluntad del Colegio de Notarios, y se\u00f1al\u00f3 que al realizar este tr\u00e1mite y recibir la documentaci\u00f3n correspondiente, las familias pueden vivir m\u00e1s tranquilas ya que obtienen certeza jur\u00eddica sobre sus bienes inmuebles.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El tr\u00e1mite pendiente de subdivisi\u00f3n permite asentar legalmente la repartici\u00f3n de diferentes segmentos de un terreno, a fin de quedar posibilitados para\u00a0la venta o repartici\u00f3n de los lotes resultantes entre uno o m\u00e1s propietarios por motivo de herencias.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">El convenio de colaboraci\u00f3n fue signado por el alcalde de Jes\u00fas Mar\u00eda, Antonio Ar\u00e1mbula L\u00f3pez y el presidente del Colegio de Notarios, Guillermo Ballesteros Guerra;
